1、After customers purchase machine tools in our company, our company will provide customers with free installation and training services, so that customers can quickly master the operation and function of machine tools and can be put into production as soon as possible.

2、Customers in the process of using the machine encountered any problems and questions, can be solved by telephone consultation or on-site service for customers, reduce machine downtime and increase the efficiency of machine tools.

3、Customers need to step by step to understand the performance and application of machine tools, operators can be arranged to our company for free learning and training.

Before our engineers come to your company for installation and commissioning services, please make the following preparations so that our engineers can carry out the work smoothly and efficiently after their arrival.

1、 Prepare the three-phase 380V power supply and ground wire, and lead it to the position of the machine tool to be installed with 2.5mm wire, so that our engineers can connect the machine tool and supply power to the machine tool after they arrive.

2、Prepare the pressure of 0.5mpa necessary for normal operation of the machine and connect it to the side of the machine with the air pipe of T8.

3、prepare enough cutting oil used in the process of core walking machine (such as: Ros cutting pure oil A12).

4、Prepare lubricating oil for machine tools (e.g., Roth A32).
